North Central Region SARE is seeking applicants for the following positions:
North Central Region SARE is managed and led by the following:
- Professional Development
Program (PDP) State Coordinators represent 13 land-grant institutions in the North
Central region. PDP Coordinators direct sustainable agriculture education in their
respective states. If you need help with any related issue please contact your State Representative for assistance.
- Regional Administrative
Council (AC), representing various agricultural sectors, states and organizations. The
AC sets program priorities and makes granting decisions
- Regional Technical
Committee (TC), also comprised of various agricultural stakeholders. The TC
reviews Research and Education proposals and makes recommendations to the AC.
- Staff, primarily housed at the
University of Minnesota, carries out AC directives, collecting and distributing
SARE information on sustainable agriculture. Staff are also located at the University of Nebraska and Kansas State University.
